Materials
100% merino wool at 19.5 micron, knitted in a double-layer rib. That micron count is what keeps a hat off the itch list — fine enough for a forehead, so it gets worn instead of exiled to a drawer.
Care
Hand wash cold, or a wool cycle no warmer than 30°C, then dry it flat. Keep it out of the tumble dryer for good — merino felts, and a felted beanie ends up on the smallest head in the house.
