A serial number is stitched into every pack, and the parts to fix it stay in stock. Orders go out from Winter Park within 2 business days. If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days.

A short range, made again and again

We carry 13 pieces across 4 categories, between $30.00 and $150.00. Ranges grow because a new colour is cheaper than a new pattern. Ours stays small so every seam has been walked on, rained on and unpicked a few times before it ships. Making the same eleven pieces repeatedly is also what lets us keep the parts to fix them in five years.

Materials

Ripstop nylon and waxed cotton canvas for the packs, a three-layer membrane for the shells, and hardware from two suppliers we've used long enough to know which buckle fails first. Where a piece can be made in one fabric rather than three, it is — laminated panels look technical and delaminate on cue.

Repair

Every pack has a serial number stitched into the back panel, and we stock zip sliders, buckles, webbing and shoulder strap foam for every piece we've ever sold. Send it in and we'll quote the repair before starting. A pack that comes back for a new hipbelt at year six is the whole point.
